Have You Walked Among The Rain

Jan 10, 2025
1 min read

Have you walked among the rain

While bleeding hot within the day

Skies are bright, with clouded light

Though hourless, one cannot say

Each step walked tugs the skin

Of thoughts reduced to witless whim

Yet feelings drive beyond the night

Sickened by self or full of mind

Have you found the reason why

Pulling aside the listless lies

Scraped illusions, now ill and bright

On a not quite started fight to right.
